Amazing stay with fabulous breakfast!

The location is super convenient, right near the beach and nightlife. Staff were super friendly and attentive. The breakfast is unreal—so many options from eggs to noodles, and the coffee was surprisingly good. Just wish the balcony was usable, but otherwise, it was paradise!

My stay at the Courtyard By Marriott Phuket, Patong Beach Resort was fantastic. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of options and freshly made dishes. The pool access from our room was a delightful convenience that made relaxing incredibly easy.

A fantastic stay highlighted by an exceptional buffet breakfast with a diverse selection of freshly made dishes, including a remarkable egg and noodle station. The kids' pool provided a delightful experience for my child, making it a family-friendly choice. However, the shower pressure was lacking, leading to a preference for the bathtub, and the room door had a minor issue that required attention. Communication with staff was occasionally challenging due to language barriers, which affected service efficiency.

My stay was fantastic as it was just a short walk to the vibrant Bangla Walking Street and only a few steps to the beautiful Patong Beach, making it so easy to explore everything the area has to offer. the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel allowed for a nice escape after a day of city strolls, although cleanliness around the buffet could be improved.

The property was immaculately maintained. Our family enjoyed the close proximity to OTOP, where fun shopping and vibrant nightlife were easily accessible.

The room felt slightly outdated and could benefit from some modernization.

We had a wonderful stay with the kids enjoying the playroom and the lovely pool access right from our room. The hotel offers great relaxation options, including comfy sun loungers and multiple pool areas to unwind. One small note for improvement is that a deep clean might help brighten up the bathrooms a bit. Definitely try the breakfast buffet, it’s amazing!

Convenient location near the beach.

My stay was disappointing due to numerous issues. The hotel failed to inform us that smoking was not allowed on the balcony, resulting in an unexpected fine of 5,000 BAHT. Additionally, the cleaner was unprofessional, taking pictures of our belongings without consent while neglecting regular cleaning duties.

Hotel facilities were good, with well-maintained pools and a pleasant lobby that offered opportunities for socializing. However, the room lacked decoration and had some noise from the air conditioning. Still, the attentive staff made the experience much more enjoyable overall.
